3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When reserving a charter, you must:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Submit precise and exhaustive details
  • Remit the stipulated deposit as outlined in your booking verification
  • Concur with these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is officially confirmed solely after payment acknowledgement and our written confirmation. We maintain the authority to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charters depend on the accessibility of the vessel and suitable weather. We will endeavour to accommodate your desired dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Our rates are denominated in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates may vary without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Payment of 50% of the entire charter cost is required at the time of booking
  • Remaining Balance: Must be settled 48 hours before the charter's commencement
  • Incidental expenses (if any): To be paid post charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified cheques. Our payment processes are conducted through secure and encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With more than 72 hours notice before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
  • 24-72 hours prior to departure: Refund of 50%
  • Fewer than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be issued

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain determine weather conditions to be unsafe, options are to:

  • Change your charter to another available date without additional costs
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is impractical

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of mechanical failures with your designated yacht, we will attempt to provide an appropriate alternative. If no alternative is available, a complete refund will be granted.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Adhere to all directions given by the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment as mandated
  • Communicate any health conditions that may impact their security
  • Stay within specified areas on the craft

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed aboard:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Unlawful substances
  • Weapons
  • Excessive beverages (beyond sensible consumption)
  • Pets (except with prior consent)

6.3 Conduct

Patrons are expected to behave respectfully. We hold the right to end a charter without a refund prematurely if a passenger's conduct is deemed to create a safety hazard or disrupts other clients' pleasure.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is restricted to the sum paid for your charter. We are not to be held accountable for:

  • Personal injury arising from a passenger’s carelessness
  • The loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Indirect or punitive damages
  • Delays resulting from the weather or factors not within our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

All vessels and operations under our management are protected by full marine insurance. Travelers should ensure their own travel and personal insurance needs.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Participation in our charter services suggests an understanding that marine activities come with inherent dangers, thus you accept responsibility for your safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We reserve the prerogative to adjust itineraries, navigational paths, or schedules due to meteorological conditions, safety concerns, or operational necessities. Attempts will be made to offer comparable alternatives where possible.

9. Force Majeure

Our responsibility does not extend to delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from events beyond our control, including, but not confined to:

  • Adverse weather

  • Vessel malfunctions
