What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with an expert crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks. The exact offerings depend on the type of service – for example, sunset cruises provide gourmet snacks and upscale non-alcoholic beverages, while business charters offer conference amenities and catering suited for professional events.
How far in advance should I book?
For best availability, we advise booking 2–3 weeks prior to your desired date, or 4–6 weeks ahead for corporate gatherings or private celebrations to ensure sufficient time for personalization and planning, especially in our high season from May to September.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
The safety of our patrons is paramount. In the case that inclement weather is forecast as dangerous by our sailing experts, we provide the option to either reschedule your experience for the soonest convenient slot or receive a total refund. Our team diligently observes weather patterns and will reach out with at least a 24-hour notice if the outlook is unfavorable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, guests are permitted to bring their preferred food and non-alcoholic beverages. Alternatively, we provide a comprehensive catering service which can tailor food options to your liking. Do note that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
Our commitment is to make yachting accessible for all guests. Some yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others. To ensure we accommodate your requirements, please discuss your needs during booking, so we can guide you to the appropriate vessel and organize necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations that are made with over 72 hours' notice prior to departure will be refunded in full. Those made between 24 to 72 hours before departure can receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within a 24-hour frame of the set departure are non-refundable unless they occur because of adverse weather conditions or mechanical faults on our end.
